This patch allows you to add the _INIT_ token to your reply-leadin string so as to get consistency between the reply-indent-string and the reply-leadin string.
As an example, if you define your reply-indent-string to be:
reply-indent-string = "_INIT_> "
and you define:
reply-leadin = _INIT_ := _FROM_
then you'll create e-mails that when answering them will look like
PF := Peter Flinstones
PF> I called you to go bowling last night, but you were not there,
PF> so I decided to stay at home and watch some TV.
PF> I hope you got the point by now :)
