Fix a bug to decode mime encoded words
Patch is available for version: alpine 2.01
In some instances, such as when transmitting 8-bit characters over a line, clients encode messages using 7-bits. This encoding is recognized by clients because of the characters that signal the beginning and ending of the encoded message.
In some instances, however, Alpine might recognize the presence of these marker characters, without there being any encoding. This is normal, because anyone can write these characters in a normal line without intending to transmit encoded characters.
In an instance as above, it is possible that Alpine misprints a decoded message by omitting some of the message to decode. This patch will make Alpine print text that was originally intended to be there in the first place.
