Fix a bug that makes Alpine add spaces to flowed text messages
Patch is available for version: alpine 1.00
Every time that Alpine sends a message in format=flowed, it stuffs a line that begins with a space with another space. This is normal. The problem is that if sending the message fails for any reason (e.g the connection to an external SMTP server is lost), then Alpine will add another space the next time it attempts to send the message, and so on, until the message is successfully sent.
This patch can not fix this problem by preventing Alpine do this, because this process is done before an attempt to send the message is made. Therefore, the solution consists in deleting the space added when the message was attempted to be sent. Alpine will stuff the space again when it attempts to send it again.
