Get the name of the slow server
Patch is available for version: alpine 2.00 alpine 2.01
This patch improves Alpine by making it give information on which server are slow. The normal behavior of Alpine is that it warns about the existence of a slow server, but it does not tell which is slow one. This is an issue if you use Alpine to connect to several servers, since in this case is not clear which of all the servers is the slow one.
This patch changes the warning message, but adding the server name to it. This patch modifies the c-client library, by adding one more field to the "tmoh" callback, by adding one parameter to the callback, namely, the host name.
