Parse out white space in addresses
Patch is available for version: alpine 2.00

According to RFC 2822, email addresses are not supposed to contain white spaces, but it is possible that an IMAP server incorrectly reports addresses that contain white spaces. The c-client library does not remove these spaces, which makes Alpine create bogus e-mail addresses when replying to such messages.
