Avoid clearing the screen when executing a display filter

When Alpine executes a filter it clears the screen before and after it has executed the filter. If the filter is being executed while the index screen is being painted, this will make Alpine paint only one index entry in the screen.
Sometimes, however, it is necessary to have Alpine clear the screen. This is desirable if the filter interacts with the user. Because of this, it is left to the user to decide if they want Alpine to clear the screen or not.
In order to avoid Alpine clear the screen, a new token was created, called _SILENT_. If this token is added to the filter, Alpine will not clear the screen.
